I have been involved with New Home Sales for over 20 years, and I specialize in assisting my clients from A-Z in the New Home Buying process. My experience and extensive knowledge allows me to help my clients the whole way through, from first visualizing their dream (deciphering the floorplan) to their final PDI, (pre-delivery inspection) and everything in between. I help my clients with drafting their offer, based on their best interest, and will negotiate for them, when necessary. I am a proficient liaison for my clients, between their lawyer, financial institution, and the builders. I will clarify the whole process, and make it a lot more understandable.
