Tired of endless plumbing complications

Shortly after buying my loft in Colorado Springtimes, I began having plumbing complications… It was especially annoying because I had paid for a loft inspection.

  • The inspector must not have looked too closely, because she missed some particularly scary signs of plumbing complications, then when I investigated, I genuinely found discoloration where a pipe from the bathroom had been leaking for a particularly long time; Entering the crawlspace, I immediately detected a musty odor & mold growth.

The floor of the bathroom was so disfigurementd that I was upset the tub would fall through. There were also complications with clogged pipes & low water pressure. I had extreme suspicions that there were complications with the septic system & lines, but plus, I was dealing with the downside impact of strenuous water. The toilets, sinks, tubs & anything the water touched became stained, corroded, rusted & covered in scaly buildup. I was consistently cleaning aerators, replacing the water heater & having difficulties with the washing component & dishwasher, but after sinking a ton of money into the loft without solving the complications, I finally decided to sell. This time around, the loft inspector found every little concern. There were pages of repairs that I was required to make before the bank would provide the potential patron a loan. I was done investing money into the house. I just wanted to walk away from it. The ideal alternative was a money loft buyer. I chose a supplier that is local to Colorado Springtimes. They were good to work with. I was given a no-obligation money offer. There were no contingencies. I didn’t need to have the septic system maintained or the water heater replaced before the sale. I simply signed some paperwork, handed over the keys & closed on the house in under ten afternoons.
