I don’t need to clean, sell, or even step foot in the house
My Grandfather has passed away and all that is left is a home in Jacksonville, Florida! Out of all the family members I was the one that got her Jax real estate. I am not too happy about it since I don’t even live in Florida. I made a trip down to see what kind of shape it was in. Originally I thought I could list it with a real estate agent, sell it for top dollar due to the area, and call it a morning. Well the Jax real estate home is in shambles. There is a ton of stuff in there. Apparently my Grandfather was a big hoarder, rugs on top of carpets, several chairs, piles of newspapers, and outdated tins of medicine are everywhere. The house is nearly condemned too. The floor is coming up and the ceiling is coming down. The powder rooms are outdated and the kitchen looks rough. I would need to invest heavily into making the locale liveable. I would need cleaners, repairmen, and then would contact a real estate agent. Then there is staging and dealing with potential clients. All of that gave me a headache. When I don’t even live in the Florida area, owning Jacksonville real estate seems dumb. I looked into the option of selling my Jax house fast for cash. The Florida northeast real estate clients I am laboring with are great. They aren’t asking me to do anything. I don’t need to clean, sell, or even step foot in the house. My friend and I are hashing a price and after that I say goodbye to that Florida home forever. Selling a house fast for cash is so much easier and self-explanatory than listing.
